Couteaux Lillois is an artisan knife-making business based in Lille, France, founded by a local cutler in 2020. Its focus is on handmade folding knives inspired by Lille and its regional heritage, created for local residents and anyone who feels attached to the city. The range includes the Lillois Compagnon, designed for everyday use; the Lillois Premium, intended for special occasions; and the Lillois Signature, featuring options such as stainless Damascus steel blades, high-end handle materials, and fully handmade knives made to order.

The first two ranges are assembled by the maker in small batches using quality supplies from Thiers. The collection also includes L’Estaminet, a folding knife with a slip-joint mechanism and corkscrew, and Le Mineur, a traditional style associated with the region’s mining history. Handle materials vary across models, and the maker states that materials comply with international CITES biodiversity-protection regulations.
