Le Couzeix Running Club

Couzeix Running Club (CRC) is a community running club based in Couzeix, France, created in 2017 to bring people together through running. It welcomes adults and young people, from beginners to experienced runners, and emphasizes group spirit, respect and an inclusive atmosphere. Its motto, “We leave together, we return together,” reflects the club’s focus on sharing the experience rather than running alone.

Adult training sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m. The youth section is open to children aged seven and over and meets on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. under the guidance of a qualified coach. The club also provides training plans and coaching, and helps members discover places to run and prepare for competitions.

Beyond regular workouts, CRC offers social outings and gatherings, and takes part in events such as the Caval’Run. Its website shares club news, race results, membership information and details for prospective members.
