About Covenant Baptist Church
Covenant Baptist Church is an evangelical, confessional, Reformed Baptist Church located in the heart of Toronto, Ontario. Established in 1974, our church is built on the historic foundation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We adhere to the Doctrines of Grace and the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith.
Our diverse congregation consists of members from various backgrounds and nationalities, mirroring the vibrant diversity of the city itself. We are united by our shared experience of being sinners reconciled to God through the gospel of Jesus Christ. At Covenant Baptist Church, we exalt Jesus Christ, our risen Savior and reigning Lord, by the power of the Holy Spirit, in the glory of God the Father.
Our church motto, taken from Hebrews 8:10, speaks of God's covenant commitment to His people. We delight in a gracious God who shows us boundless grace, and we strive to embody this love in our church community.
