With origins dating back to 2013, Covenant Family Solutions was founded by Dr. Jacob Christenson with the aim of offering quality mental wellness options to individuals, couples, and families. Recognizing the increased need for workplace mental health services during the COVID-19 pandemic, Covenant Family Solutions added Zach Schmit as Vice President of Business Development in 2020.

Together, they launched the Workplace Solutions division, addressing the critical demand for workplace mental health support. In 2022, the Workplace Solutions division grew to become its own company, Covenant Workplace Solutions LLC. Under the leadership of Zach Schmit and Chad Charkowski, the company acquired the Workplace Solutions division from CFS, forging a strategic partnership for exceptional clinical services.

Zach Schmit, Head of Operations and Owner, leveraged his background in mental health to develop robust programs that remove barriers to care. Chad Charkowski, Head of Sales and Owner, has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and aims to eliminate the stigma around mental health.
