COVIB, the Official College of Veterinarians of the Balearic Islands, is a professional organization serving the veterinary community and the public across the islands. Based in Palma de Mallorca, it provides information about the college, its structure, advisory committees, social projects and member services. Veterinary professionals can access a job board, professional resources and a programme of training, including courses offered by COVIB and other organizations, with certificates available for COVIB training.

The college shares news, press releases and its member magazine, featuring reports, articles and clinical cases. It also supports public understanding of animal health and responsible pet care through guidance on animal identification, veterinary centres, zoonoses, trichinella and the connection between animal and public health. COVIB organizes events and provides ways to contact the college, while its online private area supports member access. Through its educational resources, professional information and public-facing guidance, COVIB connects veterinarians, promotes continuing learning and helps people find reliable information about animal health and welfare in the Balearic Islands.
