COVID-19 Afrique is an information and epidemiology resource focused on the pandemic in West Africa and French-speaking African countries. It presents verified and validated data, analyses, and monitoring to help visitors understand how COVID-19 has affected countries across the region. The site explains that much of its information is compiled by contributors from government announcements, with source checks and map production sometimes causing a short reporting delay.

Coverage includes Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Chad, and Togo, with country-level analyses reflecting differences in available data. Its resources include epidemic curves, maps, case counts and fatality rates, information on government measures, and vaccination coverage. Visitors can also explore country pages, surveys, publications, COVID-19 documents, archives, and a regional database.

The project invites people with useful data, including subnational figures and information on testing or vaccination, to contribute and potentially join its network of contributors. By organizing data and analysis across countries, COVID-19 Afrique supports access to regional pandemic information
