Covington Cellars is a family winery producing wines in Texas and Washington since 2002. The brand brings together two wine regions, offering Rhône-style and Bordeaux-style blends alongside wines that reflect its Texas and Washington roots. In Texas, Covington’s estate vineyard and tasting room sit on 52 acres in the Texas Hill Country, along the 290 Wine Trail between Fredericksburg and Johnson City. The vineyard is growing Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.
Visitors can enjoy wine tastings, wine by the glass or bottle, and seasonal shared plates made in the kitchen. The Texas estate offers Hill Country views and a seasonal scratch menu. In Washington, guests can visit the tasting room in Woodinville or the winery in Maltby. Covington also sells wines online and offers wine clubs with benefits such as discounts, events, and member parties. Its event offerings include winery events, corporate retreats, and private gatherings in Texas and Washington. Covington Cellars presents its tasting rooms as relaxed, welcoming places to explore its wines and connect with the winery.
