COW is an innovative software package designed for the image processing of electron micrographs, specifically tailored for the analysis of macromolecular complexes. With robust computational tools, COW offers a comprehensive solution for transforming raw electron micrographs into refined 3D structures. Built entirely in C++ with a platform-independent graphical user interface using Qt, COW is accessible on major operating systems including Windows, Linux, and MacOS, with added GPU support for Windows and Linux.

The features of COW include powerful visual programming capabilities that allow users to create custom computation modules, making it highly adaptable to various image processing tasks.
