Cowgirl Creamery is a brand that is passionate about making cheese with heart. Founded 25 years ago by two college friends and business partners, Sue Conley and Peggy Smith, the brand aims to celebrate organic practices and spotlight the craftsmanship of local sustainable agriculture in Marin and Sonoma counties. They are dedicated to carrying on the food revolution that started in their backyard, offering delicious, award-winning cheese that is in their DNA.
At Cowgirl Creamery, their mission is to promote organic dairy as a force for good. They source their organic, pasture-based cow's milk from local dairies in Marin and Sonoma counties to ensure the highest quality in their cheese.
