About Coyote Youth Baseball
Coyote Youth Baseball is a Calgary-based organization focused on developing and enhancing baseball for young athletes aged 7 to 13. Established to give players more opportunities to experience the sport beyond the spring season, it works cooperatively with established leagues across the city. Its programs and services include the Coyote Winter Academy, private lessons, girls’ clinics, spring break camps, and summer camps, with online booking available. The organization also provides player aids and information about where to play, supporting families and athletes as they take part in baseball.
Coyote operates the Coyote Den, a 15,000-square-foot indoor sports facility in northeast Calgary. It features three hitting tunnels and a 10,000-square-foot netted fielding area equipped with throwing screens, tees, and balls; pitching machines are not available. The facility can accommodate baseball and softball, as well as indoor training or activities for hockey, football, soccer, rugby, lacrosse, and other sports. Coyote also offers private coaching, with information about its coaches and lesson bookings available through its website.
