About Coyote Youth Baseball
Coyote Youth Baseball is a Calgary-based organization focused on developing and enhancing baseball for young athletes ages 7 to 13. Established to provide more opportunities to play beyond the spring season, it supports youth participation while working cooperatively with established leagues across the city. Its programs and services include the Coyote Winter Academy, private lessons, girls’ clinics, spring break camps, summer camps, and other sports camps. The organization also offers player resources, online booking, and access to coaches for individual instruction.
Coyote Youth Baseball operates the Coyote Den, a 15,000-square-foot indoor sports facility in Calgary. It features three hitting tunnels and a 10,000-square-foot netting-surrounded fielding area, equipped with throwing screens, tees, and balls. The facility does not have pitching machines. In addition to baseball and softball, its indoor space can accommodate activities such as hockey dry-land training, football, soccer, rugby, and lacrosse. Facility offerings also include meeting-room access, homeschool groups, senior activities, and bookings for personal trainers.
