Cozecare

Cozecare is a mental health platform in Portugal that connects clients with verified psychologists and supports care beyond individual appointments. Clients can search and compare professionals by specialty, language, availability, and price, then book online video consultations from a phone or computer. Psychologists’ registration with the Portuguese Order of Psychologists is checked before they can receive clients, and each professional sets their own session fees, which are shown before booking. Creating an account and using the platform is free for clients; therapy sessions are paid separately.

To help maintain continuity between consultations, psychologists can offer tools such as daily check-ins, personalized exercises, questionnaires, secure messaging, and progress tracking. These features complement professional care and do not replace consultations or emergency services. The psychologist remains responsible for clinical decisions and can review the information shared between sessions.

Cozecare also provides tools for psychologists to manage their practice and follow cases, helps clinics coordinate teams and schedules, and enables companies to offer psychological support to employees.
