Cozy Chicken is a premium poultry bedding brand from Bed-Down, based in Norfolk, UK. Its bedding is made from golden wheat straw harvested from Norfolk fields, then chopped and processed using the Easy Breathe dust-extraction system to create a clean, soft, fluffy and absorbent nest material. The product is designed for family and smallholding hens and can be used in nest boxes and throughout the coop.
Cozy Chicken bedding provides cushioning for hens and eggs, while its breathable fibres help manage moisture and support comfort in both summer and winter. Added pine oil helps keep the coop smelling fresh. The straw also encourages hens to scratch and forage naturally. Supplied in a handy bale for easier handling, the bedding is fully compostable and intended to break down faster than several common wood-based alternatives.
Customers can buy the bedding or subscribe through the brand’s website. Cozy Chicken also shares poultry advice, chicken-care tips, recipes and news through its blog, helping keepers care for happier, healthier hens.
