About CanadianPorkCouncil
The Canadian Pork Council, located in Ottawa, is the national voice for hog producers in Canada, representing 7,000 farms through a federation of nine provincial pork industry associations. With a mission to advance, promote, and protect the excellence of Canadian pork production, the Council focuses on enhancing value, managing risks, strengthening public trust, and ensuring organizational excellence. Through effective advocacy, programs, and communication, the Council works towards meeting domestic and international customers' needs for safe, high-quality pork while protecting natural resources.
