CPC-POWER is a preservation-focused database and community dedicated to the Amstrad CPC family of computers and the GX 4000 console. Its collection documents software and related materials for systems including the CPC 464, 472, 664, 6128, 464 Plus and 6128 Plus, helping safeguard the history and creative work of the platform’s enthusiasts. The site provides a searchable catalogue of more than 20,000 software entries, alongside information about copy protections, software dumpers, user comments and links.
It also supports the preservation of original media, inviting contributors to submit disk dumps and scans so items can be verified and associated with the archive. Beyond the database, CPC-POWER shares articles, community news and resources, and promotes coding parties, competitions and other Amstrad CPC projects. Visitors can find publications and features about classic games, follow new releases and participate in community activities, including remote creative contests.
The project is sustained in part by donations and contributions from users
