The Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) operates under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, dedicated to safeguarding the truth against information terrorism. The CCD provides comprehensive analytics and reports on disinformation threats, fostering public awareness of global information dangers. Through its dynamic social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, the center disseminates critical information and engages with the public on various pressing issues.

Its services include an extensive glossary of terms related to disinformation, detailed publications on ongoing risks, and collaborative efforts with international partners like Google, aiming to enhance the understanding of misinformation strategies. The CCD also conducts events to provide insights into the latest disinformation narratives and their implications. By championing factual integrity and promoting resilience against misinformation, the Center plays a pivotal role in Ukraine's national security landscape, empowering citizens and ensuring informed public discourse in the face of evolving global threats.
