The CPTS d’Ancenis is a French nonprofit association that brings together healthcare professionals and health-sector partners across the Ancenis area. Its purpose is to strengthen collaboration between local providers, improve access to care, coordinate patients’ care journeys, and support prevention and therapeutic education. The network covers 20 municipalities, spanning most of the Pays d’Ancenis intermunicipal area and part of Mauges Communauté. It has nearly 300 healthcare professional members and serves a population of about 83,900.

The association provides a directory and map of local professionals, information about its health territory and initiatives, and opportunities for professionals to join. Its resources include job and office-space notices, guidance for people exploring psychology-related professions, support for clinical supervisors, and member access to an online wellbeing service with psychological support. For residents, the CPTS shares programs and activities on managing type 2 diabetes, preventing falls, parental wellbeing and guidance, and finding local psychological or social support. Through these services, it connects professionals and residents with practical, coordinated health resources.
