Welcome to the official website of the CPTS Aunis Sud! Our brand, the Communauté Professionnelle Territoriale de Santé (C.P.T.S.) Aunis Sud, is an association created in August 2021. We bring together healthcare professionals, coordinated care structures, healthcare facilities, and patient representatives to enhance coordination and improve healthcare delivery in our community.

Our mission includes improving access to care, organizing patient-centered care paths, responding to health emergencies, promoting prevention actions, and supporting healthcare professionals. Located in the north of Charente-Maritime, our territory covers 40 municipalities in the La Rochelle area.
