About InterCPTS Pays de la Loire
CPTS in Pays de la Loire offers a unique approach to collaborative work for healthcare professionals and stakeholders. A Community of Territorial Health Professionals (CPTS) aims to enhance patient care by improving cooperation among healthcare professionals and stakeholders within the region, including medical, social, and user association entities. The creation of a CPTS follows a defined process set by the Regional Health Agency and the Primary Health Insurance Fund.
Currently, there are 43 active or in-progress CPTS in Pays de la Loire, with 39 supported by the Inter URPS. To facilitate operations, cohesion, and information sharing among CPTS, the Inter URPS organizes monthly coordinator meetings and provides online resources. Additionally, training opportunities like the EHESP PACTE program are available for coordinators and mission officers.
CPTS is endorsed by various healthcare authorities and benefits from partnerships with organizations like Plexus Santé for digital support. Join CPTS for a new way of working together efficiently and enhancing patient care coordination
