About CPTS Solidar
CPTS SOLIDAR, the Community Professional Health Territorial of Romans, is dedicated to improving access to healthcare and organizing non-programmed care in the area. Our unique healthcare project is tailored to the specific needs of our territory, which includes 44 municipalities, including Romans-sur-Isère and its surrounding area. As a Community Professional Health Territorial, we bring together healthcare professionals and establishments to enhance patient care.
We focus on developing multidisciplinary pathways for autonomy and post-hospital care, promoting health through various actions such as prevention, screening, vaccinations, and sports. Our primary goals are to facilitate access to a primary care physician and establish a system for non-programmed care within the territory. This collaboration allows us to address common healthcare challenges and provide quality care to our community.
