These include the development of a procedure for finding a general practitioner, organizing the response to unscheduled care requests in collaboration with the SAS, and creating a comprehensive directory of healthcare professionals. Additionally, we are working on coordinating home care through a coordination dossier, establishing a mental health care pathway for students, and conducting prevention campaigns such as vaccination and cancer screening.
