CPTS Nord Toulousain

CPTS Nord Toulousain is a community-based network bringing together independent healthcare professionals to improve health services across 30 communes in the northern Toulouse area. It serves a population of around 125,000 and connects approximately 600 health professionals, working with local organisations and regional partners. The CPTS supports collaboration among practitioners and helps residents find and access care.

Its work includes mapping local health resources, guiding patients—particularly people with long-term conditions, those receiving complementary health coverage, and people aged over 70—in their search for a regular doctor, and developing tele-expertise and assisted teleconsultation. The network also coordinates care pathways for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and type 2 diabetes, and offers initiatives such as diabetes support and complication screening through DIABSAT.

Prevention is central to its activities, with campaigns and events covering breast and colorectal cancer screening, vaccination, diabetes awareness, and healthy ageing through ICOPE. CPTS Nord Toulousain also provides information and tools for professionals, runs working groups, supports new practitioners settling in the area, and organises training and community health events. Its website offers a professional directory, territory information, event listings, and practical resources.
