Unclaimed brand

CPTS Paris 20 is a local health coordination association serving residents and healthcare professionals in Paris’s 20th arrondissement. A Communauté Professionnelle Territoriale de Santé (CPTS), it brings together community-based practitioners, healthcare facilities and medico-social services around shared projects to improve how care is coordinated. Rather than providing treatment itself or serving only an identified group of patients, the association works to make access to care and communication between patients and professionals smoother.
Its work focuses on six national priorities: improving access to healthcare, including access to a regular doctor for people with long-term conditions; coordinating multidisciplinary care pathways; supporting local prevention initiatives; promoting care quality and appropriateness; assisting healthcare professionals; and preparing for exceptional health crises. CPTS Paris 20 is run as a French nonprofit association, with a board, representatives of professional groups and staff who help develop and coordinate projects. Healthcare professionals can join free of charge or participate more actively.
