Carnivorous Plants UK is an online community supported by the Carnivorous Plant Society, bringing together enthusiasts, growers, and collectors to share knowledge and celebrate carnivorous plants. Its forums cover a wide range of genera, including pitcher plants, sundews, Venus flytraps, butterworts, bladderworts, and carnivorous bromeliads. Members can discuss cultivation, propagation, dormancy, greenhouse and indoor growing equipment, bog gardens, and sustainable, peat-free growing media.

The site also features sections for plant identification, photography, habitat observations, events, society news, and general discussion, alongside competitions and an archive of fundraising auctions. Dedicated areas help UK and EU retail growers promote their plants and special offers, while individual members can use the Sales and Wants section. Carnivorous Plants UK is therefore both a practical resource for learning about plant care and a social hub where people can exchange ideas, showcase collections, find community events, and connect with others who share an interest in these distinctive plants
