About CQWW Director
CQ World Wide Contest is the largest Amateur Radio competition in the world, attracting over 35,000 participants. Held on the last weekend of October for SSB (Single Sideband) and November for CW (Continuous Wave), the contest aims to make as many contacts as possible with different DXCC entities and CQ Zones.
