Micklethwait Craft Meats Barbecue, founded in 2012 by pitmaster Tom Micklethwait, is a trailblazer in Central Texas scratch-made craft barbecue. Located in the heart of East Austin, this fiercely independent brand serves up oak-fired Central Texas barbecue from a vintage Comet trailer. Their commitment to integrity, good humor, and top-quality ingredients shines through in their high-quality smoked meats, inventive sausages, made-from-scratch sides, and fresh baked goods.
