About Craig Krull Gallery
Craig Krull Gallery is a renowned art gallery that first opened its doors as Turner/Krull Gallery on Melrose Avenue in 1991. Since its inception, the gallery has been dedicated to showcasing exceptional and underrepresented Los Angeles photographers. With a focus on the rich and diverse Los Angeles photography community, Craig Krull has brought major photographers back to the city, including Robert Adams, Frederick Sommer, and William Eggleston.
Over the years, the gallery has expanded its scope to include other visual art forms and represent a wide range of LA artists. From the quintessential California Light and Space artist Peter Alexander to the powerfully raw work of Llyn Foulkes, Craig Krull Gallery continues to exhibit thought-provoking and engaging art. Additionally, the gallery has curated exhibitions on various art movements and genres, such as Photomontage, Neue Sachlichkeit Photography, and Narrative Painting in Los Angeles.
With its commitment to providing a platform for artists and educating the community, Craig Krull Gallery plays a vital role in the thriving art scene of Southern California
