Crateit

Crateit is a Danish toy brand founded in 2021 by Tonny and Martin, creating modular wooden toys designed to inspire children’s imagination, curiosity and development. Based in Odense, the company designs its products in Denmark and produces them at sheltered Danish workshops, where people assemble and pack each set. Crateit aims to combine creative play with meaningful employment and community participation.

Its toys are made to be built, taken apart, coloured and played with repeatedly. Product ranges include Crateit Town, with interconnecting buildings, roads and vehicles; Roomies, a dollhouse collection built room by room; and themed worlds such as Suntopia, Quest, Stella, Fairytale and Farmlife. Crateit also sells acrylic markers developed for colouring its wooden toys, available in five colour families and two tip sizes. The toys arrive in natural wood, ready for children to personalize, and are designed without glue. Crateit states that its toys are tested to EN71-3 and include a two-year warranty.
