Crazy Sambo

Crazy Sambo is the A.S.D. Crazy Sambonifacese Baseball & Softball, a community sports club based in San Bonifacio, in the Verona area. The club has developed local baseball and softball since 1992, bringing together more than 230 registered members and over 170 families. Its youth program welcomes children from age five, and the club’s first team is set to compete in Serie A Silver in 2026, with players developed through its own youth program.

Crazy Sambo offers baseball, softball, minibaseball, and recreational play, alongside inclusive activities such as Baseball for Blind and Visually Impaired Players and an adapted Baseball5 program for participants with cognitive disabilities. The club also runs Crazy Camp, a summer program combining sports and recreational activities; it is CONI Educamp-certified and attracts around 150 children each summer. Other activities include tournaments, training, events, and community inclusion initiatives. Based at Loc. Offia in San Bonifacio, Crazy Sambo welcomes athletes and families to join its teams, youth programs, and camp, and works with local partners to make sport accessible and supportive.
