CREATE Foundation is a national consumer body that strives to create a better life for children and young people in care. They support individuals aged 0-25 who are currently or have been in foster care, kinship care, permanent care, or residential care. Their vision is for all children and young people with a care experience to reach their full potential.

To achieve this, CREATE follows the principles of connect, empower, and change. They connect children and young people to each other, their community, and CREATE itself. They empower them by building self-confidence, self-esteem, and skills to have a voice and be heard.

Lastly, they aim to change the care system by advocating for improved policies, practices, and services. CREATE has made significant contributions over the years, including the introduction of post-care services, the development of a Charter of Rights, and the establishment of a National Children's Commissioner. With offices across Australia and a dedicated team, CREATE continues to prioritize the voices and needs of children and young people in care, ensuring they have the opportunities to create a better future
