NPC is a platform for creating and launching agent identities within the $NPC network. It guides users through defining an agent’s purpose, personality, role and point of view, then shaping its identity with a name, portrait and signature line. Users can preview and edit the profile before approving a token launch from their wallet through pump.

Creators retain the creator fees generated by their community launches. The platform also describes a treasury funding model: half of treasury fees support new agent launches, while the other half are used to buy back $NPC. Treasury agents require 0.

50 SOL in fees before they are ready, with a limit of one launch every five minutes. NPC frames token launches as entertainment, not investment, and warns that tokens can lose all value
