CreaWorks

CreaWorks Co., Ltd. is a first-class architect’s office based in Sumida, Tokyo. Its name reflects its focus on creative renovation and architecture, with a team dedicated to bringing new value to spaces and creating places where people want to gather.

The company provides design and construction services for commercial premises, as well as residential renovation and remodeling. By managing the process from planning and design through construction in-house, CreaWorks can respond flexibly to client needs and coordinate projects from start to finish. Its work also includes branding, with an emphasis on creating lasting value rather than following short-lived trends.

Beyond its core construction business, CreaWorks operates original-brand businesses and facilities, including a DIY café and an indoor glamping venue, and is involved in restaurant management. Across these activities, the company aims to contribute to local revitalization by developing spaces that offer new experiences, comfort, and a sense of appreciation. Its services bring together architecture, construction, and venue operations under a shared commitment to thoughtful, people-centered spaces
