CREFER is the premier regional academy focused on energy-related professions, with its headquarters in Lomé, TOGO. Established in 2019, CREFER owes its existence to EGENT TOGO, a solar expert company operating in the supply and installation of photovoltaic systems and general electricity near the courts and tribunals of TOGO. The lack of qualified technicians specializing in photovoltaic systems was the driving force behind the establishment of this center.

At CREFER, our vision is to empower African youth through practical professional skill training, thereby partially breaking the chain of unemployment. We aim to train qualified ambassadors in the field of energy, who can not only understand solar installations but also effectively communicate their functioning to others. Our comprehensive training program includes theoretical learning, hands-on practical exercises, and professional internships.

We also have a dedicated division that assists students with job placements and supports them in their entrepreneurial projects in the energy sector. CREFER offers a range of services, including electrical works in both residential and industrial buildings, energy efficiency, photovoltaic solar systems, alarm systems, security lighting, network installations, telecommunications, and surveillance cameras.
