GM S Creighton

Creighton’s Taekwon-Do Inc. is a martial arts and wellness organization based in Scarborough, Ontario. Established in 1992 by instructor and international champion Seymour Creighton, the organization has grown from a small group of students to more than 200 active members across two schools. Its philosophy centers on helping individuals develop through training, with the goal of building strong bodies, minds, and spirits.

The school offers Taekwon-Do instruction for children and adults at different skill levels, combining foundational techniques and self-defence with fitness and personal development. Training emphasizes discipline, cooperation, mutual respect, confidence, and healthy relationships, while encouraging students to make a long-term commitment to their practice. Its broader fitness programs include Martial T Fit, cardio conditioning, simple weights training focused on the core, and one-to-one personal training. Classes and exercises may develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Creighton’s Taekwon-Do aims to help students become more capable and physically fit while supporting positive values that extend beyond the training environment.
