Their homemade ice cream was a hit, and the positive feedback motivated them to continue exploring and experimenting. But they wanted to take their craft to the next level and truly master the art of gelato making.

So they enrolled in Carpigiani, a renowned Italian gelato university, learning the science and techniques behind creating the perfect gelato. Armed with their newfound knowledge, Mark and Shiela were determined to share their love of gelato with others. They overcame challenges and persisted in their dream, finally launching CREM Gelato.
