Creo Chocolate is a unique brand based in Portland, OR, that is dedicated to crafting amazing chocolate. With a passion for learning how things are made, the founders of Creo Chocolate opened their workshop to experiment with roasting beans and create delectable recipes using their chocolate. They have even traveled to cacao farms in Ecuador and explored chocolate shops across North America to deepen their knowledge and expertise.
One aspect that sets Creo Chocolate apart is their commitment to farm direct sourcing. They work directly with farmers, ensuring a close connection and supporting rural, multi-generational family farmers. By sourcing their beans directly from the farm, they can bring out the distinct and intriguing flavors of each bean.
Integrity and quality are at the core of Creo Chocolate. From sourcing ingredients with care to handcrafting each bar, they prioritize creating a superior product. Their chocolate not only represents their values but also connects families and makes a positive impact on communities.
