Crescent School of Gaming and Bartending is a career-focused training institution preparing students for work in the hospitality industry. The school describes itself as the only bartending and casino dealing school of its kind in the United States accredited nationally by ACCET. Its campuses serve students in Las Vegas, New Orleans, Gulfport/Biloxi, and the Tunica Resorts/Memphis area.

Crescent offers bartending and casino gaming courses, including a three-week bartending program that emphasizes hands-on practice mixing drinks quickly and correctly. Casino dealer training covers current gaming techniques and skills sought by employers and valued by players. Students can also take a European roulette dealing course, with classes starting weekly. Day and evening schedules are available, and instruction is offered in Filipino, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Mandarin.
