Cresor is a Spanish crowdfunding platform operated by StockCrowd Platform, SL, offering real estate crowdlending opportunities to investors and financing options for developers. It is authorised as a Crowdfunding Service Provider by Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), under registry number 19. Investors can access selected projects from €250, review information such as interest rates, terms, guarantees, risk levels and project documentation, and monitor their investments through an online account. Funding can be added by card or bank transfer. Developers can use the platform to present projects seeking finance.

Cresor lists fixed-rate real estate loans, with individual opportunities showing their funding targets, duration and stated returns. The site advertises potential returns of up to 12% per year, but past performance does not guarantee future results.
