CREW BFF

CREW Building Futures Foundation (CREW BFF) is a San Diego nonprofit launched in 2022 by CREW San Diego to support women advancing their careers in commercial real estate. The foundation gives back to the industry and community by funding education for both working professionals and students pursuing careers in the field. Applicants may be members of qualifying organizations such as CREW, ULI, NAIOP, or BOMA, or students enrolled in a San Diego educational institution.

CREW BFF offers annual scholarships of up to $7,500 for working professionals and up to $2,500 for students. Professional awards can support degrees, individual courses, certifications, continuing education, or licensure related to commercial real estate. Student awards help fund education and provide opportunities to connect with local industry professionals. Eligibility requirements include demonstrated financial need and a clear commitment to a commercial real estate career; additional criteria apply to each scholarship. The foundation also recognizes recipients through promotional features and encourages them to share testimonials about their educational experience.
