The Centre de Ressources pour Hommes de Montréal (CRHM) is a Montreal-based organization dedicated to men’s health and well-being. For about 30 years, it has offered a welcoming, confidential and non-judgmental place for men to talk through difficult situations, seek support and find appropriate resources. Its services include telephone intake and orientation, personalized follow-up with a psychosocial worker, and group programs and workshops.

Activities include groups focused on anger, life-project reflection and peer connection, as well as café-rencontres and initiatives led by and for men. The CRHM also provides a drop-in space, an activity calendar, referrals, multimedia resources and practical guides with tools for everyday challenges, emotional management and well-being. Men can contact the organization to discuss their needs and arrange a meeting; the team supports them without deciding on their behalf what help they require.

The CRHM’s work is supported by staff, volunteers and community contributions, and the organization invites people to donate or get involved in advancing its mission. Its centre is located on Fullum Street in Montreal
