Crib Calls

Crib Calls is a newborn and infant care service led by Erica Hetrick, APRN, a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in neonatal and pediatric care. Her background includes work in high-acuity surgical NICUs, well-baby nurseries, and infant transport, giving families access to experienced support without leaving home.

The service offers in-home and virtual care for newborns and infants, with visits tailored to a child’s age and needs. Options include 45-minute newborn visits for babies up to eight weeks old, well-infant visits for children up to 12 months, and specialized well-child visits for NICU graduates with complex medical needs or equipment. Depending on the visit, care may include physical exams, weight checks, developmental and milestone assessments, non-invasive bilirubin checks, breastfeeding assistance, and guidance on medical equipment and supplies. Families can also receive after-care follow-ups, transition-of-care support, and practical advice.
