Chef Rosa M. García, the driving force behind Criolite, started this venture as a solution to the lack of healthy meals with a traditional taste. She developed her own non-traditional culinary style and began selling her nutritious lunches. Over the years, Criolite has grown and gained recognition, winning the prestigious Enterprize 2010 Business Ideation Competition.

We take pride in our excellence in production, packaging, freezing, and delivery processes. Our meals are made with first-rate ingredients, including 100% grass-fed Puerto Rican beef and hormone-free, antibiotic-free chicken. Criolite offers more than 60 menu options endorsed by healthcare professionals. Our meals are free from pepper and preservatives. They can be stored in the freezer for up to six months, and we recommend keeping them frozen until ready to consume.
