About Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation
The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation, Singapore (CRIS) is a Singapore Government agency that brings together national research and clinical translation programmes to strengthen the country’s capabilities in health research and innovation. Its work connects research, innovation and translation, supporting strategies and partnerships that help advance clinical research and contribute to a future-ready healthcare system.
CRIS encompasses seven programmes and initiatives: the Singapore Clinical Research Institute (SCRI), National Health Innovation Centre Singapore (NHIC), Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS), Precision Health Research, Singapore (PRECISE), Singapore Translational Cancer Consortium (STCC), Cardiovascular Disease National Collaborative Enterprise (CADENCE), and Singapore Medical Foundation AI Model (SIMFONI). Together, these initiatives span clinical research, health innovation, cell therapy, precision health, cancer, cardiovascular disease and AI-related work.
The consortium also shares news, media releases and event information, and hosts activities such as CRIS Connect webinars and Clinical Trials Day. Through collaboration across its programmes, CRIS aims to build synergies and develop approaches that advance clinical research and translation in Singapore.
