CRISMO is a Site Management Organisation (SMO) that was established in 2015 with its head office located in Germiston, South Africa. Our mission is to bridge the capacity building gap in Africa by providing site management systems and operational support to research investigator sites in the conduct of clinical research and clinical trials. At CRISMO, we operate world-class dedicated research sites (DRS) and affiliated sites, led by qualified medical practitioners who act as principal investigators.

Our team, which is GCP (Good Clinical Practice) trained, works closely with our clients and partners to understand their needs and provide innovative and forward-thinking strategies for participant recruitment, quality data collection, and ethical study conduct. We aim to accelerate scientific research by offering research infrastructure, creating a platform for researchers and healthcare professionals to be involved in clinical trials, and conducting ethical clinical trials. Through our work, we strive to contribute to continuous improvements in patients' quality of life through research and development.

Our values include professionalism, ethics, accountability, confidentiality, and empathy, and we embrace technology through innovation and training. CRISMO is dedicated to being a preferred transformational partner in scientific research. Operating hours for CRISMO are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, and our Research Centre operates on Saturdays.
