Cri Sud Pontino

Croce Rossa Italiana – Comitato di Sud Pontino ODV is the local committee of the Italian Red Cross serving communities in the South Pontino area. Guided by the humanitarian mission of the Red Cross, it works with volunteers to support people and promote health, assistance, and community wellbeing. Its activities include sanitary transport to and from healthcare facilities, available around the clock through its operations center, and health assistance at events.

The committee also provides courses and training to help people develop skills for responding to emergencies and supporting others in need. Community members can get involved by becoming volunteers, donating blood, contributing to fundraising campaigns, or supporting the organization through donations, partnerships, and the Italian 5 per mille tax allocation. The committee shares updates about its work and local initiatives, including health screenings, emergency assistance, and events addressing social issues.

Based in Gaeta, it serves as a local point of contact for requests for services, volunteering, and support, bringing the Italian Red Cross mission closer to residents across the area
