Croce Verde Bosisio is a volunteer association founded in 1970 to provide healthcare assistance and practical support to communities in the Brianza Lecchese area of Italy. Operating from Bosisio Parini, Oggiono and Costa Masnaga, it combines emergency response with scheduled services for people who need help accessing care. The association supplies ambulances for the emergency system, including a service operating around the clock, and arranges non-urgent medical transport by ambulance, accessible vehicles and cars.
Its services include journeys to medical appointments, hospital transfers and longer-distance transport, with medical or nursing accompaniment when needed. Croce Verde Bosisio also provides healthcare cover at public events and supports civil protection, prevention and emergency response. As an accredited ANPAS training centre, it offers courses in medical transport, out-of-hospital emergency care, first aid, BLSD and pediatric airway obstruction response.
Through Amico Point and the Banca delle Visite network, it helps people facing financial or mobility barriers access specialist appointments and examinations. The association relies on volunteers and community support to promote health, safety and solidarity
