About CrossCause | Dundalk
CrossCause is an Irish registered charity founded in 2003 by dedicated volunteers. Our mission is to identify and support those who are marginalized and in need, helping them live their best lives and reach their full potential. From its humble beginnings in 1998, when a group of volunteers started working with special needs orphans in Romania, CrossCause has expanded its reach to Eastern Europe and West Africa.
Led by Conor Hughes, CrossCause has been an officially registered Irish charity since 2003 and is accountable to the Irish Charities Regulator. Our success is attributed to the hard work and dedication of our self-funded and multicultural volunteers, who serve as the foundation of our work. We rely on the support of generous donors and volunteers to provide financial contributions, building materials, and other resources necessary to make a meaningful impact.
