Cross Fight Koblenz

Cross Fight Koblenz is a martial arts and fitness gym based in Koblenz, Germany. Founded in 2016, it welcomes people of different experience levels into a supportive community and teaches combat sports with an emphasis on practical, effective training and personal development. Rather than promoting a single ideal discipline, the gym encourages members to learn from different styles and develop an approach that suits them.

Its classes include MMA, kickboxing, K1, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, grappling and boxing, alongside strength and conditioning, fitness training, open-mat sessions and sparring. Programs are available for children and teenagers as well as adults, with age-specific classes in kickboxing and MMA. The gym also offers seminars in additional competition-related styles and reports that women’s self-defense courses are held regularly.

Prospective members can book an introductory trial session to explore the available classes. Training equipment can be borrowed if needed, and visitors only need suitable sportswear. Cross Fight Koblenz is located at Markenbildchenweg 36 and provides personal training and membership options for those looking to train individually or as part of its community.
