Crossfight

Crossfight GmbH is a martial arts school in Baar, in Switzerland’s canton of Zug, specializing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and practical self-defence. Its structured training is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners, with instruction in core techniques followed by sparring to put skills into practice. BJJ classes focus exclusively on NoGi grappling, while MMA combines grappling and striking. Training also supports members’ individual goals, including improvements in fitness, mobility, coordination and overall health.

Crossfight offers a competition team for members interested in developing their skills and attending tournaments, competitions and championships. Personal training is available through individual sessions tailored to goals such as technical development, conditioning, strength, weight management or competition preparation. Prospective members can arrange a free trial session by contacting the school in advance. The club also makes its facilities available to members for independent practice outside coached classes. Crossfight welcomes participants aged 16 and over for its BJJ and MMA programmes, subject to the stated health and experience requirements.
