Crown Au Pairs is a personal recruitment agency serving families in and around London. With more than 18 years in operation, the agency helps households find domestic support, including au pairs and housekeepers, and can also assist families seeking a companion for an elderly relative. Its approach is hands-on: agency representative Alison Crown discusses families’ requirements and is willing to visit them at home, while testimonials describe help with candidate briefings, matching and ongoing support.

For families, the agency provides information on au pair duties, working hours, pocket money, holidays, notice periods and support after arrival, alongside fees, travel arrangements and family forms. Crown Au Pairs also offers guidance and resources for prospective au pairs, covering eligibility, settling in, pay and conditions, travel, studies and job applications. The site includes business terms for au pair and housekeeper placements, as well as sample invitation letters. Contact is available by email or mobile. Client feedback highlights a friendly, professional service and placements for au pairs and general cleaning staff.
